Paypal:
Making a purchase via Paypal could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, view you order by selecting the ‘View Cart’ button. You will be directed to our secure payment site on Paypal and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to be able to complete the order.

To pay you can open up a Paypal account or pay using your credit card.
Paypal accepts all major credit cards. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. Any refunds will be made in the same manner the payment was received.

Cheque Option:
If you wish to pay by cheque we can offer this payment service to you. We accept payments by cheque (payable to Likya Wines Ltd) and should be drawn on a bank domiciled in the United Kingdom. We will only dispatch the order once the cheque has cleared which may take up to 5 working days.

Wire Transfer:
If you wish to pay by wire transfer we can offer this payment service to you.

Moneybookers:
Making a purchase via Moneybookers is another alternative payment option we offer. Just browse our online shop, and note any items that you wish to buy. Once you have determined which goods you would like to order please contact us by email (payments@likyawine.co.uk) to let us know.

We will get back to you with a proforma invoice (a temporary invoice) with your order and cost. Sign up or use your current Moneybookers’ account to transfer payment to us using our Moneybooker account email address (moneybookers_payments@likyawine.co.uk). We will deliver your order once the payment has been transfered which may take upto 5 working days. When payment is received we will provide you with a sales invoice and delivery your order.

Moneybookers accepts all major credit cards. Payment is taken when you send the money to us via their website (http://www.moneybookers.com).

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All products are inspected for quality purposes before shipping.

Delivery:
We delivery our goods anywhere within the United Kingdom only. If you wish to purchase our goods from outside the United Kingdom please contact us directly (info@likyawine.co.uk).

We offer free delivery on orders of any 3 or more Red wine bottles or 4 or more White wine bottles. Any orders less will incur a delivery charge of £7.

If you have any enquiries about our delivery charges please feel free to contact us before you place your order (payments@likyawine.co.uk).

Dispatch/Delivery Schedule:
We dispatch our wines every Tuesday and Friday of each week. To be eligible for the Tuesday dispatch we must receive your order before Monday 5.00 pm and to be eligible for the Friday dispatch we must receive your order before Thursday 5.00 pm.

After dispatch your order should take 3 working days to deliver. e.g. Tuesday dispatch - Friday delivery. Friday dispatch - Wednesday delivery.

You will be notified by email when your order is shipped.

If your order does not arrive within the time scales listed above please do not hesitate to contact us.

Back Orders:
In the unlikely event your item is not in stock then we will order in another for you. You will be notified in the event of this happening via email as it will delay the delivery of your order.

Tax Charges:
All prices shown are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and therefore it will be added on your order at the check out. VAT is payable by customers ordering from within the United Kingdom.

Credit Card Security:
We do not collect payment information ourselves and offer alternative methods for online payment: Paypal and Moneybookers.
If you choose to use Paypal or Moneybookers you are protected by all their guarantees.

In order to guarantee privacy they both assure that they will:
- Never pass your financial details to us or any third party.
- Never pass any personal data to a third party. We only receive your shipping address and a confirmation of payment email.
- Never exploit your personal details in any manner.

The padlock or key symbol in the status bar of your web browser indicates that you are in a secure area and all information within that area is encrypted and protected.

We do not see or store your credit card information at any stage.

We will not share any personal information with any third party.
